The costs of returning the product are not covered by the company and are borne by the customer.
The right to return products available upon request is excluded. Transport costs and other additional services are not refundable.
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, we will need your receipt, your order form and your credit card statement (in case you have paid by credit card) or a bank account number in the name under which you placed the order.You can send all this back to us by any transport company you wish (courier, transport company or something else), or even deliver it in our shop. As a reminder, the shipping costs will be your own, and the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so you should make sure that they are properly packed and will not be damaged during delivery.
The return policy for ordered and shipped products can only be accepted if:
- The product is not intentionaly or unintentionaly damaged by the customer (including damage due to poor transportation, failure to carefully remove the packaging, inappropriate use, etc.).
- The product has not been used.
- The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents.
- Any labels or brand markings, etc. have not been removed by the product.
- The product to be returned is accompanied by a copy of the invoice or a copy of the retail purchase receipt.
- 14 calendar days have not elapsed from the product’s delivery date to the customer or the transport agency.
Please note: If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned back to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For your convenience, please, in any case of return, contact the Order Department first, at 2752 027834 or email info@stavroushoes.gr with the subject “Return of Order” to inform us of the intention and the reason of return.
Once we receive your return we will carry out the necessary check on the returned product and if it meets all the return requirements then our company will replace the product with the desired one. For any questions regarding the above information or for any enquiries please contact us, it is our pleasure to assist you with anything you need.
If the reason of return is a defective product , then you will additionally need to take a photo of the damaged area and send us the photos by e-mail to info@stavroushoes.gr, after sending the product itself, with the receipt and order form. In this case, we will replace it and the shipping costs will be covered by our company.
This provision does not cover products covered by guarantees of third parties, such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative.
It is your responsibility before making any purchase to check if the product you intend to purchase contains a warranty. In such cases, you may contact us to provide you with the contact details of the product’s distributor.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken merchandise, etc.).
