In order to carry out any transaction through the online store of Stavroushoes.gr to place orders for the company’s products, you will be required to disclose some of your personal information. Returns

You have the right to return the products you have selected and received, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the delivery date.  You can request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the cancellation request. However, the refund process may be delayed if we have not received the products or   the retail purchase receipt. Refunds must include shipping costs paid by the consumer.
